Hello! I'm Kaylee, a compassionate and experienced caregiver dedicated to providing top-notch care for your loved ones. With a passion for helping others and a strong background in caregiving, including over 20 years of hands-on experience in childcare and as a former preschool teacher, I'm here to offer your family a helping hand and a caring heart. In addition to my experience as a preschool teacher, I hold a bachelor's degree in Marriage & Family Studies and have obtained 16 other certifications for childcare. I utilize Conscious Discipline by Dr. as an approach to social and emotional learning and behavior management, ensuring a nurturing and supportive environment for the children under my care. Specializing in providing excellent care for toddlers and older children, I am open to opportunities close to my location. I maintain daytime commitments and undertake babysitting roles from 9:30 a.m. - 1:30 pm, with flexibility for further assistance during evenings post 5:30 p.m.
