About Kayla

Hi! I absolutely love working with kids and creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment where they can feel comfortable and supported. My experience has strengthened my ability to be patient, attentive, and responsive to each child's individual needs. I have cared for children of all ages, from infants to older kids. I worked with both babies and older children in the kids department at Life Time Fitness, where I ensured their safety, comfort, and engagement in a group setting. I've also worked with children at church and at ABS Kids supporting children on the autism spectrum, where I developed strong skills in communication, structure, and understanding different developmental needs. I'm very reliable, calm under pressure, and love building trusting relationships with both kids and parents. I enjoy creating fun, structured activities while also adapting to each child's personality and routine. I'd love to be someone your family can feel confident and comfortable with!
