About Kayla

Hi! I'm Kayla. I work full-time as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and have spent the last 7+ years working with children and families. I absolutely love what I do, and I'm looking to offer babysitting for date nights, weekends, and occasional childcare. I'm responsible, patient, and fun, but I also understand the importance of structure, safety, and keeping parents in the loop. Whether we're building forts, doing crafts, playing outside, reading books, or winding down for bedtime, my goal is always to help kids feel comfortable and have a great time. My professional background has given me extensive experience with children of different ages, personalities, and needs, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know each child as an individual. A little about me: I'm a dog lover, enjoy being outdoors, and spend most of my free time reading, working out, or hanging out with family and friends.
