We had Kayla help us out this past week and a half before our 2yo son goes to daycare, and we were very impressed with her! Her enthusiastic energy and ability to stay calm when our son was irritable was reassuring to an anxious mom like me. She's very responsible, she always let us know when she was leaving the apartment and kept communication open at all times. She asked questions and didn't assume things that she knew may be important to us, and we were very appreciative of that. She followed our son's schedule and although there were some hiccups with our son's cooperation, she kept her cool and was able to skillfully coax him into playing with her/calming him down. Although we are transitioning to full time at daycare next week, we definitely will keep her in mind for any upcoming date nights/other babysitting jobs and will recommend her to friends!!
