About Kayla

I'm a former teacher turned stay at home mom with a wealth of experience working with children of all ages both in and out of the classroom. I am a mom to three wonderful kids of my own - a 6-year-old boy and twin 3 and a 1/2-year-olds (boy/girl). Working with kids to foster their natural curiosity with outside playtime and art is my passion. I taught both 3rd and 4th grade before switching to a specialized learning classroom where I adapted curriculum in the general classroom for students with multiple disabilities including autism, down syndrome, and cerebral palsy. I hope to bring my experience and my love for learning to your children while including my kids as well.
