About Kayla

If I could give five thousand stars for Kayla, I would! Kayla was with us for about 2-2.5 years with my twin boys. She was so attentive, kind, supportive with them--and also really helped them navigate their conflict and big emotions, it was really like having a skilled toddler-whisperer in the house. She played on their level and chatted with them, but also provided structure and boundaries when needed. She by far was their favorite person, and only stopped working with Kayla because she moved out of town. When we are in her part of town or when she's back home, we do try to hire her again just so my twin boys can see their favorite person. She started with us when our boys were just about 2.5 and has helped them learn their letters, communicate their feelings, negotiate and manage their conflict, and really all the harder more invisible work of raising a child. We are so grateful for her and hope to continue to see her around from time to time!
