About Kayla

Kayla goes above and beyond when it comes to caring for your family. She takes great initiative while being respectful of parenting style and preferences. She was a huge help in potty training my oldest. Knowing that we planned to enroll him into a Montessori preschool, she based activities on Montessori methods. She helped my baby with starting solids and taking formula and even taught her how to sign. Kayla is loving, calm and fun with children, both of mine light up when they see her walk through the door in the morning. Aside from sharing cute photos, she also provided a daily report for each child noting time of meals, potty, naps, activities and anything else worth noting, i.e. milestones, unusual symptoms, even items I was running low on! During nap times she would clean and tidy the house without me asking. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time with Kayla and I would highly recommend her to anyone in search of an amazing nanny.
