About Kayla

Hi! I'm a 26-year-old teacher in Santa Rosa with a big heart for kids and a passion for making learning feel fun and doable. I've taught elementary school for two years and have another two years of subbing experience in both long term and short term roles. I've worked with students across English, math, science, social studies, and art, and I have hands on experience supporting learners with Autism and ADHD. As the second oldest of nine kids, I've basically been tutoring and mentoring children my whole life, and I genuinely love it. I'm warm, bubbly, and quick to build rapport with kids of all personalities.
