About Kayla

Making a real difference in someone's life is what drives me. As a Certified Nursing Assistant with two years of experience, I'm dedicated to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My approach is rooted in patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to connect with those I care for by understanding their preferences and personal history. I provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping, prepare meals, and offer mobility assistance. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I communicate with families through verbal updates and regular text or phone calls, always following their preferred method. Holding a high school degree, I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I find immense joy in bringing a little extra comfort and support to the lives of those I assist, and I look forward to the opportunity to do the same for your family.
