About Kayla

I'm a childcare provider with a deep passion for nurturing young minds and fostering their development. My five years of experience have allowed me to hone my skills in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children. My creative and imaginative personality allows me to engage children in various activities that stimulate their curiosity and imagination. I believe in open communication with parents and strive to keep them updated about their child's day and any issues that arise. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring children's safety and well-being. I have worked in childcare since 2020. During that time, I've been trained in conscious discipline (aka gentle parenting) and I've seen amazing results from using this approach, especially with children who had separation anxiety or were nonverbal. In addition to my wealth of experience, I also possess First Aid and CPR training.
