Hi, my name is Siouxanne. Please allow me the honor of recommending Kayla as a nanny for children of all ages. I am a Teaching Assistant. I met Kayla through a private Montessori school in the hill country of Austin, Tx. We both worked with children between the ages of 18 months - 3 years old. While I was employed at the school, I had the privilege to observe Kaylas interactions with the children. I can confidently say that she is one of the most compassionate and nurturing people that I know. She understands the mental and emotions needs of her children. She adjusts her approach based on what they respond well to. She is gentle and kind, yet protective of the children in her care. One thing I admire most about Kayla, is her ability to remain optimistic in high stress situations. She always has a smile on her face and finds way to laugh with the children.
