About Kayla

Hi there, I'm Kayla! I am majoring in Elementary Education at Georgia Southern University. Here's a bit about me!! I've been babysitting for a while and I find it extremely rewarding to watch children grow into smart, kind people. I started working with kids when my brother was born in 2012, I was 9 at the time and so excited to finally have a sibling. In 2014 my parents had my little sister. Helping out with them and being able to watch them grow helped me realize how much I love to work with children. When I was 15, I started babysitting for some nurses that work with my mom and neighbors in my area. I've been working with the same three families the past three years before I moved away for school. My skills include being first aid and CPR certified, cleaning, settling problems between younger siblings, helping with homework, and cooking. I am very excited to work with a family that will allow me the opportunity to care for their children and help them grow!
