About Kayla

My name is Kayla. I have over eight years of experience in childcare and early education, along with a bachelor's degree focused on marketing and education. I bring a creative approach to my work and love incorporating cooking, baking, theatre, and art into daily routines and activities. I spent four years working with three wonderful families and then transitioned into teaching, eventually becoming the director of a preschool program for the past four years. I enjoy building engaging routines, fostering independence, and creating meaningful experiences for children. After moving to Texas about a year ago, I started my own business and am now looking for a part-time position with a family who values creativity, structure, and a warm, dependable caregiver. I look forward to connecting and seeing if we are a great fit.
