I'm 19 yrs old & the opportunity to nurture and connect with children fills me with joy. My year of experience caring for children ages newborn to 11 has solidified my passion for helping others and learning. I believe caregiving is a part of everything we do. I'm creative, empathetic, and adaptable. I communicate with parents via phone or direct conversation to ensure clarity and understanding. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules by explaining the reasons behind them, while still giving children autonomy. I enjoy playing all types of games, from board games to physical activities.
