About Kayla

I love making the future brighter for the children around me. I love seeing the difference I make for the kids as well as seeing them grow as an individual. I have extensive experience working with children ages 3-12 in both educational and recreational settings. As a Lead Camp Counselor, I supervised campers ages 3-8, leading daily activities, ensuring safety during trips, and creating a fun, inclusive environment. I also worked with ages 5-12 in an after-school program, engaging them through games and structured activities. During the school year, I served as an Assistant UPK Teacher, supporting classroom learning for children ages 3-5 by helping teach foundational skills and promoting positive behavior. My goal in every role has been to provide a safe, engaging space where kids can learn, grow, and have fun.
