I grew up with a younger sibling who is 10 years younger than me so, as a child I got lots of experience looking after him. Kayla worked for my family last year, doing afternoon pick ups, driving the kids to various extras, arranging meal prep/meal time, feeding all the animals and doing light housekeeping. Both my children are big energy, deep feeling kiddos and Kayla was incredible with them. She was fun, energetic and emotionally attuned. They loved her. Now that she lives in NYC, they ask to call or text her almost daily to check in. She really became family! Kayla was incredibly responsible. Never late, always responsive and communicative. Her attention to detail was remarkable. The house was clean and all the tasks were done when we got home. I really felt like I could count on her. I truly think any family would be lucky to have her. She's a real gem!
