I am a Registered Behavior Technician with experience working with children and young adults with a wide range of needs in public school settings. I have experience providing individualized support, implementing behavior plans, collecting behavioral data, using positive reinforcement, and helping children develop communication, social, emotional regulation, and daily living skills. I am patient, dependable, compassionate, and understand that every child is different and requires an individualized approach. I believe in meeting children where they are, building trust, and creating a safe and supportive environment where they can be themselves while continuing to learn and grow. I also have many years of childcare experience and am CPR/First Aid certified.
