About Kayla

During my time working at The Remington Senior Living, I gained valuable experience as both a server and in housekeeping, which gave me the opportunity to build meaningful connections with residents and provide care beyond daily tasks. I learned the importance of patience, compassion, and attention to detail while assisting with meals, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring residents felt respected and supported. In addition to my work experience, I am currently a Music Education major at Fresno State, which has strengthened my communication skills, creativity, and ability to connect with people of all ages. These experiences together have prepared me to be a reliable and empathetic caregiver. I believe I would be a strong fit for this role because I truly enjoy working with seniors, understand their unique needs, and am committed to creating a comfortable and positive environment for them every day.
