About Kayla

Hi, my name is Kayla and I have been working with children for the past 9 years. I am a friendly, caring, responsible, hardworking, and an outgoing person. In high school I babysat and tutored for several different families. I started working at GHF when I was 16. I worked my way up to Supervisor where I managed up to 8 employees on shift, including the childcare staff. I then became the Kids Club Director where I managed up to 40 employees for all 3 Kids Club centers. Some of my duties included hiring, scheduling staff, training, coordinating activities, performing staff evaluations, communicating with parents, ordering supplies, overseeing cleaning and maintenance operations for all 3 Club centers, and working with children from 6 weeks to 12 years old. I then nannied for 3 years up until I started a family of my own. Now that my baby is 1 years old I am looking for an opportunity to continue my nannying career since it is a passion of mine while also having my son with me.
