Hello! I'm Kaylani :) I've nannied long term for doctor families over the last 10 years. I channeled all the creative knowledge I've gained over the last few years and have opened up my home up to a small, private daycare. I've created a safe, fun, & creative learning environment for all ages. I offer part-full time. I 100% respect the parents needs for their child. I focus on milestones & creative play. I use positive discipline/reinforcement. I have a main play area, a reading nook, & an arts & crafts station. For outdoor play, I have a large yard, a bounce house & trikes, bikes, & fun outdoor activities. I have a stroller for walks in the neighborhood. All children have separate rooms with video cams & have their own designated pack and play. I wash crib sheets, blankets, & toys weekly & sanitize cribs bi-weekly. Kaylani has watched our almost 3 year old for 2 years now. I never have to worry about if he’s safe or getting enough attention/love with her because she truly loves all the kiddos she watches like they are family. She goes above and beyond wherever she can and is always very accommodating when we need!
