Kay has taken care of my kids on and off for a while, since our schedules don’t always line up , but whenever she’s here, I know my kids are in the absolute best hands. She strikes the perfect balance between being loving and keeping good boundaries. She doesn’t shy away from giving them gentle discipline when needed, she has a really respectful way of disciplining , the kids listen to her, respect her, and still get excited every time they know she’s coming back. My kids truly love her and always look forward to seeing her. What I really appreciate is how she teaches them independence in age-appropriate ways, even when they’re still little. She’s also super proactive around the house if she sees something she can help with, she just takes care of it without me even asking. Kay truly goes the extra mile for our family, and we’re so grateful for her.
