About Kaylan

Hi! I'm Kaylan! I'm looking for a part time gig as a babysitter while I fill in the gaps between jobs. I have over 10 years of experience in childcare and 7 years in education. I have previously worked as a Site Director and a Curriculum Director with the YMCA, directly working with schools and providing an enriching, educational and welcoming environment for diverse families. I also worked at the Hands On Children's Museum, where I curated and taught classes and curriculum, based in art and science. I have experience working with neurodivergent children and have a knack for behavior management. For education, I attended Cornish College of the Arts and got my Bachelors in Fine Arts. I am very enthusiastic about art and love to bring any of my knowledge to the table. I love engaging in imaginative play, tapping into creative minds and using our thinking caps to tinker and problem solve.
