About Kayla

Hi, I'm Kayla, a childcare provider with 6+ years of experience working with newborns, toddlers, and young children in both day and overnight settings. I support families with everything from daily routines, meals, and developmental care to overnight support and helping bring more structure and calm into the home. I'm very hands-on, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple ages at once. I'm currently in graduate school for child development and psychology, which shapes my calm, responsive, and developmentally informed approach. Full availability starting 5/20 and open to both short-term and ongoing positions.
