About Kayla

Hello! I look forward to connecting with you and your family! I love working with kids because they teach us about the world and ourselves and bring joy to even the most mundane task. Seeing them grow and expand in their thinking, motor skills, personality and humor also makes the work incredibly rewarding for me. I have been babysitting for nearly 20 years, but began professionally working with kids in 2022. I worked as a RBT in ABA with children with on the autism spectrum, ranging from toddler to pre-teen, implementing a behavior modification plan while bonding with clients and assisting them with daily living tasks. I also have experience with potty training from my younger clients. I like to consider myself very open minded and am willing to work with you to support your family the best I can. Open communication between myself and my Nanny Family is highly important to me. I'd love to find a time to meet with you and your family!
