About Kayla

Hi! My name is Kayla, and I'm an experienced, caring, and responsible babysitter with a background in special education, behavior support, and early childhood care. I've worked with children of all ages through babysitting, tutoring, teaching, and as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). I've also been a special education teacher, so I'm very familiar with creating routines, managing behaviors in a positive way, and adapting to each child's individual needs. I started babysitting years ago and truly enjoy spending time with kids. Whether it's helping with homework, playing games, doing crafts, or calming a fussy toddler, I bring patience, attentiveness, and a fun, safe energy into every home I work in. I'm trained to support children with diverse needs, including those with learning differences or behavioral challenges.
