About Kayla

I am a currently a graduate student working on my MS in Mental Health Clinical Counseling. During the day, I work as a therapist at a local clinic, but occasionally have week or longer breaks in school that require me to take time off of work. During those weeks I am available for any needs at anytime of the day, but am otherwise available on evenings and weekends. I earned a BS in Psychology with a Minor in Child Youth and Family Studies and have had years of experience in child care. For 3. 5 years I worked as a social worker in the child welfare program where I attained numerous trainings and earned many certificates for working with children of all ages. I have also previously been a nanny and babysitter for children of all ages. I am passionate about helping children and families, am comfortable enforcing rules and boundaries as needed, and am willing to assist with household duties as needed.
