About Kayla

As a teacher with five years of experience in childcare, I'm passionate about supporting families and providing a safe, nurturing environment for children. I believe in fostering a child's development through educational games and activities that encourage learning and creativity. I'm patient, calm, and friendly, and I prioritize open communication with parents to ensure their peace of mind. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules to maintain a structured environment for the children in my care. With my background in early child development coursework and certifications in First Aid and CPR, I'm confident in my ability to provide exceptional care and help your family thrive.
