About Kayla

Hi! My name is Parker! I've been a babysitter since I was 14 and a Nanny since I was 16. I have basically done it all! I'd like to say I specialize in ages 0-5 but have more knowledge in the 0-2 developmental ages. I also have experience with multiples, special needs, and newborns. I believe in children-led direction and play. I enjoy focusing on ensuring milestones are hit while promoting independence, critical thinking, and great problem-solving skills. I would also consider myself a very hands-on Nanny. I love to answer questions and promote curiosity and adventure through many different strategies. I have experience in many things such as, BLW, safety steps, sign language and communication skills, puree making, safe sleep and sleep training, and more developmental factors crucial for that age! Some of my qualifications include CPR certification and I am a certified NCS and PPD!
