About Kayla

I have been a full time/vacation nanny, a substitute teacher, a daycare and nursery worker, and a camp counselor for 4 summers. I studied 4 semesters of early childhood education and graduated with an art degree. I'd describe my personality as adventurous, goofy, and real. I like working with kids because they keep me close to my truest self. I'm looking for a job that is flexible and trustworthy. I started working with kids when I was in high school as a nanny. In my spare time, I like to create art. Ceramics, painting, sewing, and dancing. One thing you should know about me is I am very open, honest, and empathic. I am very spiritually connected with the Earth and good at calming tense or moody situations. My skills include calming and soothing, finding consistent learning opportunities, and being relatable.
