About Kayla

Hi there! My name is Kayla, I live in the Westside/Bolton neighborhood and I'm open to evenings/weekend childcare work. I love kids and have over 10 years of experience caring for children. I studied Early Childhood Education and Psychology in-depth in undergraduate school and ultimately graduated with a B. S. in Psychology. I studied Clinical Mental Health Counseling in graduate school. I nannied full-time during and after college and more recently, I've taken care of multiple children on an as-needed basis over the past 5 years. I'm a caretaker at heart and I have a "helper" personality. I pride myself on my awareness, intuitiveness, and ability to think quickly on my feet to ideate safe solutions should a crisis arise.
