About Kayla

Hello! My name is Kayla! I am a recent certified phlebotomist at allied Rx institute and currently working for a lovely family for after school care! I was born in New York, and moved to Virginia when I was 5. Fun fact: I am a middle child of 7 siblings! I love traveling, spending time with my friends and family and relaxing with my pup! I've been working in child care for about 4years now! I've worked in 2 private preschools ( primrose private preschool and VCU health family child care) as well as Nannied and babysat for many families. I've worked with ages ranging from infants-grade school. I am CPR and first aid certified. A few strengths of mine is that I'm very responsible, reliable and nurturing. My overall goal when caring for children is making it a safe yet enjoyable environment for the children and I, as well as creating a bond with the whole family! Working with children has became such a passion of mine and I would love to continue to share that with more families!
