Kayla is absolutely incredible! Reliable (has never been late!!), adaptable, intuitive when it comes to kiddos, flexible, helpful, respectful - truly everything you could ask for in a nanny. She also thinks of everything, so I don’t have to. Kayla is great with catering to different personalities and temperaments and comes up with a lot of fun activities to keep your little ones happy. Kiddos aside, she’s also such a lovely person and so easy to get along with. This is a critical characteristic to have as a nanny, since it’s such a personal job and you’re welcoming someone into your home. Kayla has been so dependable and our kids love her! We are only parting ways as both my kiddos will be starting school in the fall.
