About Kayla

As a Registered Behavior Technician, I work with children diagnosed with autism and have nearly one year of experience as an RBT. I am open to working with all children. I have also babysat for family members and coworkers and am actively building my babysitting portfolio. I am well trained in using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to teach new skills, manage behaviors, and keep children engaged while having fun. ABA is used in everyday life. I welcome constructive feedback, will follow your household rules, and adapt as needed. I enjoy creating age-appropriate activities and can incorporate Bible stories for families.
