Hello! My name is Kayla and I am a Youth Non-profit worker and Postpartum Doula. I have over 10years of childcare experience, 4 years of postpartum doula experience and 6 plus years of youth nonprofit experience. I currently work full time at a Basketball/Education Youth Non-profit, and take on doula clients infrequently. My philosophy for my doula clients is to create a safe space filled with support, peace, and empowerment for my clients. I am easy-going, flexible, positive, real and put soul into everything I do. Looking for a family to help out on my off time! I am from Long Island, live in Bushwick, and open to Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan! On my free time, I'm either with family, friends, exploring different parks, or finding a new bookstore :)

Kayla is awesome and I absolutely recommend her! She helps me once a week and is willing to do anything I need (postpartum Douala) which is to mostly care for my 2 month old so I can get projects done or attend to some self care. Her demeanor is patient and kind and she is incredibly easy to get along with. Both my two month old AND my cat warmed to her immediately. Highly recommend!
