About Kayla

Making a positive impact on people's lives is my passion. My journey as a caregiver began with a deep desire to support individuals with empathy and understanding, allowing them to be themselves while maintaining their independence and well-being. I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant with a strong, diverse customer service and healthcare background. I enjoy providing light housekeeping, meal preparation, mobility assistance and have experience in total care. Adapting to changing routines, while handling confusion with patience and empathy is my strong suit while having the ability to de-escalate stressful situations. I communicate with families using their preferred method, giving verbal and/or written updates during visits. Earning your trust is my priority. I find immense joy in helping others and would love to bring comfort and support to your family.
