About Kaylah

I have three years of experience as a babysitter, both paid and volunteer, from being a family babysitter, to an inclusion aide for kids with both behavioral and cognitive issues, to now being an assistant director of and children's afterschool program. I've cared for children aged 6 months to 10 years, ensuring their safety, preparing meals, organizing activities, and assisting with homework. I've also managed bedtime routines and handled emergencies calmly and efficiently. My experience has taught me patience, responsibility, and effective communication with both children and parents.
