Hi, I'm Kayla! I am passionate about the impact I have as a Newborn Care Specialist. I believe in creating nurturing, respectful environments where children can thrive emotionally, socially, and developmentally. I deeply believe in treating babies and children as people. They are whole individuals with valid feelings, thoughts, and needs and I bring that philosophy into every aspect of my care. I see my role not just as a caregiver, but as a supportive set of extra hands. I adapt quickly to the ever changing needs of the postpartum period and recognize how delicate this stage can be for families. I strive to make parents feel seen, heard, and genuinely supported in whatever way they need. Whether I'm helping first-time parents navigate their new normal with a newborn or supporting second- or third-time parents so they can get the rest they deserve, I show up with calm energy, consistency, and heartfelt care.
