About Kayla

I'd describe my personality as responsible, dedicated, and caring I like working with kids because i've always worked with kids and been around kids. so i've grown to always have a soft spot for them and im also majoring in pediatric nursing I'm looking for a job that allows me to provide safe, reliable, and nurturing care for children while supporting families. I want to work in an environment where trust, communication, and consistency are valued. I started working at a daycare where I currently still work at for 3 years In my spare time, I like to be around family and just enjoy quality time with them One thing you should know about me is that i'm very trusting and responsible as well as caring and loving and i'll always keep their children safe and in good hands My skills include creating a safe and nurturing environment, strong communication with children and parents, and patience with the ability to adapt to each child's individual needs.
