I'm an experienced and dedicated childcare provider with a deep-rooted passion for nurturing children's growth and development. My decade-long journey in childcare began with being a teachers aide! I taught pre-school for 6 years and I am now a program director! My approach to caregiving is centered around patience, creativity, and warmth. I believe in establishing open and effective communication with parents, ensuring that they are regularly updated about their child's day and any matters that arise. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules to maintain a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. When it comes to playtime, I love engaging children in outdoor sports, physical games, board games, and puzzles. My goal is to provide a holistic caregiving experience that promotes physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
