About Kayla

Kayla is an exceptional nanny. She worked with our family for 6 years, nurturing both boys from infancy. Our boys are kind, well-mannered, empathetic, and joyful, and I’m certain her care played a very heavy role in who they have become. She is playful and fun, but also takes her job very seriously. Kayla is committed, punctual, and takes direction wonderfully. She’s great at staying on task, remembering details, never needed to be told anything twice, and kept everything running smoothly (even during crazy COVID times!). Once familiar with the routine, she becomes a proactive partner to any parent. Over the years we were told we had the “best nanny in town,” and I could not agree more. We received unsolicited praise; friends and neighbors would spot her out and about with our boys, and tell us how wonderful she was with them - always prepared, always vigilant, always on top of it all. She is exceptionally creative; always kept the boys happy and busy with activities that she researched on her own. Our second child had special services (OT, PT) and she helped him excel in both. She is a wonderful teacher and supports key developmental milestones with ease. She stewarded every milestone for my eldest, including potty training. She is a great driver, and the only person I trust driving my children. Any family would be beyond lucky for Kayla to help raise their child(ren). You will not find a better nanny than Kayla. We all miss her dearly!
