Hello ! I'm the Mom of two young adult children. I navigated my own parents' journeys through difficult illnesses and terminal care. After spending every day with a parent in Harborview for 6wks followed by 3wks in an interim care center, I was reminded how many seniors didn't have compassionate caregivers or advocates on their behalf. I learned alot through each stage and share my experiences to help others. Making companionship and services available one on one, makes it possible for seniors to be comfortable and hopefully, stay in their own home. I hope to be that person for someone you care about. I'm level headed in emergencies and am compassion and understanding. I managed medications, organized doctor visits, assisted with mobility and basic care in order to help my own parents and more recently, my father in law. While these were *needs*, what I offer that is really valuable is companionship, understanding, patience and respect.
