Hello! My entire life, I have loved caring for babies. Growing up in an at home daycare childcare has become my 2nd nature. I know what children need to be happy/healthy; at which ages things progress/change. I have 10+ years of experience with from ages 6 months-12 years. I have worked with multiples (twins/triplets) and coached a program for elementary aged children for 6 years. As a nanny, I believe my responsibilities include: meal prep, keeping a stable schedule, physical/stimulating activities, keeping a positive environment. I am energetic and outgoing, and have no problem acting silly for a smile. I love laughing, cuddling, and playing with the children I care for. I think it is important to encourage manners and respect, but also imagination and creativity. I like to have a balance between technology and outside activities/projects. I am currently a flight attendant for American but took a voluntary leave and have not flown since April 3, 2020.

Kayla takes care of my son (3 yrs old) and daughter (6 months old) and we couldn't be happier. I felt at ease the minute she walked in the door for our interview. She went straight to my son, who takes a while to warm up to new people, and got down on his level to talk to him. By the time she left he was pulling her into his room to play. Kayla has tons of energy, keeps the kids busy, tends to their individual schedules, leaves my house cleaner than we left it, and genuinely seems to love my children. I feel comfortable knowing my kids are in her care!
