Making a positive difference in someone's life is what drives me. I have past experiences from being an E. M. T and I also have home care as well as facility care experience. For the past five years, I've been dedicated to providing comprehensive care to seniors, always prioritizing their well-being and independence. I hold a high school degree and am certified in CPR and First Aid. My experience includes transportation, errands, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I'm also skilled in dementia care, medical management, and mobility assistance. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and empathy. I build connections by understanding each person's preferences and history, and I communicate with families using their preferred method, including written daily reports.
