About Kayla

Hello there, I'm Kayla! I've been an RN for almost 8 years and have specialized in pediatrics roughly 6 years ago. Prior to Pediatrics, I specialized in Cardiac/Neuro, L&D, IM/FM office and School Nurse. My 15 years of experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to teenagers, have solidified my commitment to their well-being and development. I hold a college degree and maintain current certifications in CPR and First Aid. I am patient, calm, friendly, and approachable, and I love engaging children with hands on activities, as well as games on electronic devices. I'm happy to follow your lead on household rules and preferred communication methods, including written daily reports and verbal updates at pickup. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children. My previous babysitting experiences taught me that I want to make a positive impact on children's lives. I look forward to the opportunity to bring my experience and love for childcare to your family!
