Kayla was kind and patient with my children. she was very helpful during homework time and when it came to discipline, she was gentle and worked through the issues. She explained to the kids why what they did was wrong and proposed a different reaction. While Kayla is amazing, she was not always available for last-minute work and on call, for this reason I give her only four stars.
