I’d highly recommend Kayla as a caregiver. She watched my niece on an occasional basis, and she was always easy to communicate with. Always responsive, clear, and flexible when we needed to adjust plans. She took initiative with activities and routines instead of needing constant direction, which made things much easier for us. She got along really well with my niece and was able to keep the same structure and expectations we have at home, which I really appreciated. Overall, I felt comfortable leaving my niece with her and would happily work with her again.
