Kayla is such a patient, caring, and kind caregiver. We hired her as a summer nanny for our younger 2 children (11 and 8) and gave her the extra challenge of managing Type 1 Diabetes in our 8-year-old son. We instantly felt a connection with Kayla, as did our kids. Our children are not easy, beyond the T1D to manage was our daughter's ASD and son's ODD. Kayla did a phenomenal, commendable job at remaining patient with them but setting firm boundaries and expectations. They went on so many outings together and Kayla was so flexible to follow whatever they needed. She was truly a diamond in the rough for our family, and I can't recommend her enough!
