About Kayla

Kayla is a 10/10 Nanny. She pours her heart into childcare. I am so happy our paths crossed thru Care.com. Kayla is our F/T nanny for almost 1.5 years watching our two sons (now aged 1 and 3.5). She started with my family when I was pregnant with our youngest and was with us since he was a newborn. She's honest, trustworthy, kind, driven, thoughtful, engaging, and genuinely loves children. My sons absolutely adore her and it gives us the peace of mind we need as parents knowing that our children are safe & well cared for while we're at work. She's not the type of nanny you see sitting on the park benches unengaged--she's the opposite which we desperately wanted when finding a F/T nanny for our toddler who has lots of energy. While her main duties were F/T childcare for two, she also did light household cleaning/organizing, house sitting/pet sitting (when we traveled), errands (groceries/target runs), prepped bottles for the next day, planned playdates/zoo/museum tips, etc. etc..) If we could keep her forever we would have. Any family would be lucky to have her care for their children or simply be part of their lives.
