Kayla was an amazing candidate for being a full time nanny, she was punctual, respectful and honest! She provided references and a description of her previous experience and most importantly my kids liked her. She has plenty of experience caring for children and in my opinion is a great candidate for a baby sitter or nanny. I would have moved forward in the hiring process with her but I was looking more for a live in nanny and she was unable to accommodate that need. I wouldn't hesitate to have her as a sitter or nanny if I was in a different situation and would strongly encourage anyone to give her a chance.
