About Kayla

I have over 6 years of childcare experience and truly love working with children of all ages. My experience includes regularly babysitting for families, as well as leading and directing a summer camp for 25 children at LaTourette Golf Course, where I developed strong leadership skills while creating a safe, positive, and fun environment. I would describe myself as kind, gentle, and patient. Building trust with both children and parents is very important to me, and I always strive to provide dependable, attentive care. I'm currently a student at Clemson University pursuing degrees in Biological Sciences and Psychology with plans to become a pediatric nurse practitioner. I enjoy engaging children through creative activities, games, outdoor play, and creating a fun, nurturing environment where they feel supported and safe.
